Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late checkouts are subject to availability and are chargeable.

Reservation & Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment is required in order to confirm the booking, the balance amount is requested to be paid prior to arrival. We suggest keeping cash for settling payment for extras, if any.
  • Do give your company GST number in advance, if you need the same to be mentioned on the invoice to avail tax benefit.
  • We accept credit/debit card, bank transfer, online payment platforms (UPI) on the property.
  • Our Rack Rates are subject to change without notice or assignment of reason.
  • If you have any medical ailments, kindly inform us at the time of booking so that we keep them in mind while making your stay comfortable.
  • To book for our in-house naturalist, prior information is requested at the time of booking along with the payment of 1000 INR per safari.
  • Please note that we are situated in a remote area of Bundelkhand. In case of breakdown of phone and internet services credit card facility may not be available.
  • The reservation may be modified or canceled at the sole discretion of the Resort if it is determined that the guest may be involved in fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate activities, or if the reservation appears to have been obtained through fraudulent means, with bad intentions, or due to an error or mistake.

Occupancy Terms

  • We have 12 comfortable and spacious rooms including 2 jungle tents and their sizes vary from 500 sq ft. to 1100 sq ft. including twin beds, and double-bedded rooms.
  • We have 1 tour leader room in the guest area, it is subject to availability.
  • Usually, bookings are taken on a double occupancy basis in one room and only one extra bed is allowed per room.
  • Our suite rooms are bigger in size but has only one double bedroom along with a living room.

Child / Extra Person Policy

  • 1 child below 6 years is complimentary.
  • Children between 6-12 years sharing the room are charged @ 30% of the double room cost.
  • Children above the age of 12 will be considered as adults and the charges will be applied accordingly.

Property Regulations

  • Respect the natural environment; avoid littering or plucking plants and wildlife habitats.
  • Maintain a low noise level to avoid disturbing the wildlife and other guests. This is a no music property.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served only at designated times which are set by the management. Your understanding and adherence to these timings are greatly appreciated.
  • Adhere to all instructions provided by the property manager and staff at the time of check in.
  • Guests are prohibited from feeding, approaching, or provoking wildlife.
  • Always stay within designated areas in the property and do not venture out at night.
  • Use torches cautiously at night to avoid startling animals and other guests.
  • Our rooms are NON - SMOKING ROOMS. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas to prevent unforeseen fires.
  • Campfires must be approved by the property management and confined to designated spots.
  • Plastic use is discouraged; reusable bottles and bags are recommended.
  • Inform the staff immediately in case of any emergencies or wildlife encounters.
  • Always lock the doors and windows of your accommodation to prevent animals or insects from entering rooms and to maintain the room temperature.
  • Guests are encouraged to carry essential medications and inform staff of any allergies or medical conditions.
  • Insect repellent and protective clothing are recommended to avoid bites.
  • An adult must always supervise children.
  • Photography is welcome, but flash photography near wildlife is discouraged.
  • Please note we have Generator backup. But in case of a breakdown, we may not be able to guarantee power as our rural location can cause a delay in restoration of services.
  • Naaharbagh is located right beside the non-tourism area of Panna Tiger Reserve. Therefore, there is always a possibility of wildlife, that naturally inhabit these environs, to inadvertently venture into your space. So, guests are expected to follow basic safety protocols.
